The studio is available to rent seven days a week.
There is a one-hour minimum Monday-Thursday and three-hour minimum Friday-Sunday. The studio hosts seated events up to 30 guests or 50 guests for a reception.

The Studio features gorgeous natural light and plenty of space to capture the perfect photo or host events. We offer blackout blinds as needed if you require a little more privacy.

Our objective at My Studio Spot is to provide a professional and beautiful space for you to create. Many of our professionals who have ongoing projects will opt for a membership to save on hourly costs.
We are a natural light studio featuring beautiful windows on all sides of our building. The light in the studio is dependent on the natural light outside. If you are a booking the studio on a dark, rainy day, etc, please bring lighting equipment with you to the studio.
We do not issue refunds, but clients will receive studio credit for any canceled appointment as long as it's canceled 14 days BEFORE the scheduled appointment.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 month from the original date, at no cost.

Yes! You can mindfully move furniture, please put everything back to its original home when you’re done with your studio time. Please do not drag furniture.
Yes, we do. Add any of our 15 backdrops to your studio time for $15/session. Staging items are included in your rental.
Your booking begins at the time you booked for and ends once your time is up. If you require extra time to move things, load/unload, then please book appropriately.
The cleaning fee per booking is $25, which is already included in rental costs.
Parties of 6 or more require a $350 refundable deposit to cover any damages. This deposit is returned immediately after event.
All trash is to be placed in the dumpster in the parking lot by the client.
A $350 excessive clean up fee will be applied to the clients bill if the studio is not returned to an acceptable condition. This includes garbage left behind, damaged furniture, split beverages, food, etc.
The client accepts responsibility for any and all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, appliances, couches, props and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of their booking.
The client is responsible for REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT MISSING OR DAMAGED.
The client is responsible for returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental.
